SW AHSN Associate – Primary Care Clinical Lead for the Managing Deterioration Safety Improvement Programme (ManDetSIP)
As part of Safety Improvement Programme the South west Academic Health Science Network (SWAHSN) are aiming to reduce deterioration-associated harm by improving the prevention, identification, escalation and response to physical deterioration, through better system co-ordination and as part of safe and reliable pathways of care in our region.
The SWAHSN is seeking an associate for 18 months (2 days a month) to support this programme and its primary care related activities.
