Improving patient safety is a continual process of sharing and exchange. This website, our social media presence and our quarterly newsletter are about keeping you up-to-date and involved with patient safety.
Everyone in the NHS wants to change and improve – it’s what we do best and is why the NHS is one the safest and most respected healthcare providers in the world.
The South West Patient Safety Collaborative exists to drive change in quality improvement and an improvement in patient safety.
To do so, we need your help…
At the South West Patient Safety collaborative we make the following commitment that everything we produce will be:
- Up to date. We will continually update this website with useful information, keeping you informed about developments in patient safety regionally, nationally and internationally.
- Relevant. We will only include information that is relevant to the you and your role. If we get it wrong, then tell us.
- Useful. We will make this website useful, continually providing information, insights and resources that will have a real impact on the way you work.
We also want you to become involved in the work that we do, which is why we encourage you to get involved. Please send us your ideas, thoughts and opinions. We want to regularly feature guest blogs from across the region, so if you have something to say, don’t be afraid to say it..
If you would like any information about the Patient Safety Collaborative, would like to get involved or have any feedback about the website, please feel free to contact us via email, or start a discussion on Twitter.
